I can’t say enough amazing things about Shannon. A friend gifted me a certificate for a massage many years ago and I haven’t looked back. She listens to your concerns and will feel her way to the root of the problem. She is a master at her craft and a gift to anyone she touches.
Shannon is nothing short of AMAZING! She has helped me more than any other caregiver with controlling my pain issues and learning how to better care for my body.
Literally the best massage therapist on this planet. She is so good, I can’t go anywhere else and enjoy it. If I could give her 100 stars, I absolutely world. There’s no one better!!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
