From the reviews

I had an amazing massage session with Lori. This was the perfect release and self care session for myself. I am an artist and work with my body all the time, this session was great for that! Lori was very welcoming and asked many questions to make sure I was comfortable during my session.

I booked a massage with Lori and it was fabulous. I recently tore my shoulder labrum and she used a combination of hot stones, cupping and massage to bring blood flow to the area. We also worked on my sciatica pain with the Thera gun.

★★★★★ — Natalie, Dec 2023

Zoe was awesome!! I did a 30 minute targeted session for my upper back and she was able to weed out multiple issues I had going on using massage and cupping. Back feels much better and shoulders even feel looser as well.

★★★★★ — Vincent, Feb 2026

I used to be a frequent massage therapy participant, but have been on the hunt for a new therapist! Looking for one who gets to know you, learns about & hears your body, and takes you along your healing journey in the best way possible curated for you specifically.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
