From the reviews
I’ve been going to Dr. Burk for years, and she has helped me through many musculoskeletal conditions, including sports-related injuries, a disc herniation, a bruised tailbone, and ongoing maintenance care. She truly takes the time to listen and always makes me feel supported and cared for.
I have been getting adjusted by Dr. Burk for a couple years now, through pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, pregnancy, and now with our brand new baby! She is compassionate, gentle, and fun while also explaining what she’s doing during the adjustments and how they help.
I have been going to WestUWellness for over three years now! Through both of my pregnancies and postpartum Dr. Jill Burk has been the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many different chiropractic offices over the last 10 years and nothing compares to their practice. Dr.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience! My postnatal massage with Angy was absolutely amazing. She is so sweet, attentive, and truly cares about her clients comfort and recovery. She made me feel so relaxed and cared for during such an important healing time.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
