The shoulder pain that I have for 9 months finally reduced to 2% left. I need to make it 0% after the scrubbing mark is gone as dr. Kiat suggested. He explained how to avoid the same problem, and even cure it ourselves at home by changing lifestyle and eating habits.
I was having pain in my left shoulder and arm. I also felt soreness near the tail bone. Those have been bothering me for awhile. I went to some chiropractor and didn’t work. Mr. Chong did multiple types of traditional Chinese medicine treatment beyond just acupuncture. I felt relief almost immediately.
My neighbor recommended this place after he and his wife both got results. Kiat really understands anatomy and biology and how the body heals. I had been to countless chiropractors, physical therapists and orthopedists (who wanted to operate), and none fixed my issues.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
