Amazing place for healing Many times we go through our daily routine only thinking "what's next" what do I need to do now? May I suggest taking some time for yourself ! Call schedule an appointment you will be very pleased with the quiet and caring environment.
Louise is the real deal! Super polite, friendly, welcoming and professional. I’ve been coming here for the past few years for different things and each time she’s helped heal me with just one visit. Sometimes it takes a day or two for the healing power to fully kick in so don’t be discouraged or doubtful.
There was a time when I thought my health issues would stay with me forever, but not so! With the help I’ve received turned my health around and I was taken off of 5 prescription drugs and lost weight on my way to getting healthy.
Dr. Elissa provides me with holistic care that greatly impacts my physical and mental health. Her professionalism, and genuine concern for her patients comes through in every communication. Her insight, wisdom and knowledge have illuminated a path to healing that has changed my life.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
