Why Weaver Body Work LLC is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “tindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ross is super knowledgeable about body mechanics and has helped me get my body feeling so much better after years of contact sports. And can’t forget the cupping bc I love…” source →

From the reviews

I’ve been going to Ross for about 3 years now. I don’t use anyone else for my massages! I’ve got specific problems, & he knows exactly how & what to do to help me get some relief from the pain & tension. I’ve tried other people in the past when I couldn’t get in to see him, and I always leave disappointed.

I've been receiving massages from Ross Weaver for some time now, and I can confidently say he's one of the most kind and talented massage therapist I've ever worked with.

★★★★★ — Catalina, Sep 2025

Ross is the best massage therapist! It took me years to find someone that listened and understood exactly what I needed. He's extremely good at finding the areas that are the source of pain or limiting my motion, He's very professional and highly knowledgeable about the human body.

★★★★★ — Kat, Sep 2025

The only place I will go for a massage, pain relief, salves, or advice because they're the only one that works. I wouldn't be nearly as productive or happy in my line of work without them for to consistent pain, as I work with my hands for a living.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
