⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the most incredible massage experience by Halee at Warrior Wellness Massage! I cannot recommend it highly enough! I came in with a migraine headache. The ambiance was soothing and tranquil, setting the perfect tone for relaxation.
I thoroughly enjoyed my first-time visit to Warrior Wellness and meeting Brittany. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Her massage techniques are professional and even used a new one, at least for me, of rubbing the points around the ankle and heel.
I’ve had several massages from Halee & Brittany. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere. It’s important to know I can trust your masseuse as far as appointments, time management etc. Halee & Brittany keeps their word & are very talented & professional. You will not be disappointed. I was in so much pain so I reached out to Warrior Wellness. Halee was able to fit me in the next day for a 2 hour massage. It was by far the most therapeutic massage I have ever had. What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
