From the reviews
Dr. Bri is an amazing chiropractor. I do like that she is sport-orientated. I am very active (running, hiking, snowboarding, yoga) and she encourages that. She looks at the whole body, not just the spine. I love that she includes cupping and heat treatment.
Dr. Bri is incredible! She makes you feel comfortable right off the bat. She's the only chiro I know in Reno that does cupping and it's been life changing! I am a power lifter and she's helped improve my performance and overall well-being.
Absolutely incredible care! I came to LifeForce Nevada Chiropractic with a sprained intercostal rib, and Brittni was amazing. She immediately identified the root cause of what was going on, explained everything clearly, and treated me with precision.
Doctor Bri is so much more than your average Chiropractic Practitioner. Her global scope/perspective of overall treatment encompasses your body's past, present, and future spanning multiple modalities with incredible results and extremely happy, satisfied customers.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
