Why Vitality Asian Massage is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “30/60 mins | $70-$110 --> Ginger Head Massage Soothing head massage with ginger-infused techniques to relieve stress, improve circulation and calm the mind (with optional guasha). 45/60/90 mins | $88-$168 --> Massage & Cupping Therapy…” source →

From the reviews

If you’re looking for one of the best and hardest working therapists, then this is the best place. They use cupping, hot rocks, and give a deep athletic massage for sore muscles. I play many sports and my muscles need an extra deep tissue massage and everyone here is awesome. Bar the best and great prices.

I just returned home from a one-hour deep tissue massage. Wow, wow! I have had deep tissues before but none as deep as the one I received from Ellie. I have really tight muscles in my back and glutes and I didn't have to point this out.

I have had hundreds of massages in my life, but until I came here and had Ann massage me, I didn't know what a real massage was!!! I will NEVER go anywhere else. I moved and still travel here because she is that good. She's so much more than you're average masseuse.

★★★★★ — Stacy, Jan 2026

Decided to have a girls day with my best friend on 4/5/25 and try this place out. We were not dissapointed. These ladies were able to identify areas that needed attention that we didn't know we had. I have never been stretched out so thorougly!!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
