Amanda, the owner and massage therapist there, is a miracle worker. She is so sweet and excellent at her craft. She creates a space that is clean, relaxing, and makes you feel very comfortable. So organized, professional, and she does amazing massages. I can’t recommend her enough!
The staff made arrangements to allow for my children at the last minute to have a spa day. It was a wonderful experience they had a blast! The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable and the staff made sure that my girls had a good time.
Just saw Melissa for a Brazilian. It was my first time at this spa and they did not disappoint! The atmosphere is incredible, and Melissa took my nerves from a 10 to a 0 with her easy going free flowing nature. There wasn’t a single awkward moment.
I inquired about a last-minute booking, and even though I wasn't expecting much, I ended up being more than satisfied and WELL taken care of. Hats off to the entire Spa Naturelle team, but none more than Amanda!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
