I had an outstanding experience at Up Massage Spa in Roswell. The people, the atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and professional. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made the entire experience feel personalized and comfortable. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve had.
This was the best massage I’ve ever gotten! Originally I asked for a Swedish massage because that’s all I’ve ever gotten. When I got in there, Helen explained that I needed a deep tissue due to some problem areas like my shoulders and my sciatic nerve. There was some pain but so much relief!
Had a deep tissue 90 minute massage w/ CBD oil. Outstanding! This wasn’t my first visit and won’t be my last! I have always without fail been able to call morning of and get in that same day. Staff is always warm, kind, professional and welcoming.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
