Clean facilities and a great massage left me feeling refreshed.
I have been here for several times and the services are great! My neck and waist got hurt and I got recovered here by massage. The environment here is peaceful and quite. Everything is clean and well organized. You could totally get relaxed when you have a massage.
Greeted upon walking in and the ambience was everything! I got the 1 hour foot massage and then an extra 10 minutes on my back. The massage was really good and overdue. I was a scared that I wouldn’t get my full hour because some places you go to will try to cheat you but they did a GREAT job and did the full hour!
The massage is fantastic! I have leg and lower back sore for one year. I went to doctors but basically they let me take pain killer, which didn’t help much. But after I came here for several times, my sore is gone! Highly recommend the therapy massage and acupuncture. Best of the best!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
