“She plays calming meditative type music, the massage table was nice and warm, and she informed me of what she was doing before working on my massage (which is great- I have some sensory issues, etc).”

From the reviews
Such an amazing deep tissue massage experience massage! I purchased a gift card from a benefit auction that Angel donated to and I’m so glad I did. I was lucky to be introduced to such a great woman business owner who not only cares about giving back, but also cares about providing exceptional service to her clients.
Angela is a fantastic coach. She is very attentive to your health necessities. From what you eat and drink to your fitness and mental health. She is very supportive and put for much effort in getting to know you as a person. The moment you walk into the fitness shop, the vibes instantly feel as if you're healing.
I highly recommend an assisted stretch session with Angela. I didn't realize how much my body needed it. Angela listened to my concerns, gave details about how she would isolate specific muscles as we got to them, and helped me go just far enough without being painful.
I had an hour massage with Angela and it was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the various pain points in my muscles and made suggestions for how we can continue to work on them in future appointments. The massage was relaxing and I was very comfortable the whole time.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
