Had my first massage here today and it was truly great. Very professional, relaxing, and courteous environment! My therapist Itzel was great! Very respectful and knowledgeable. I think I even fell asleep during part of my massage from how relaxing it was! The manager, Pam cares about client satisfaction!
Safety is a priority. You'll find your temperature is still taken, and the staff might still be wearing masks. The ambiance supports the experience of relaxation. I felt very safe and well cared for. Kyle is very knowledgeable, talented, and professional. Unknot is a true asset to our beautiful El Paso!

I just finished getting a 90min deep tissue massage today from Tara and it was absolutely amazing. The establishment is clean with a welcoming atmosphere. From the start Tara made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She has a very calm, soothing voice with strong hands that attacked each and every knot.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
