I strongly and highly recommend the Nourish Chiropractic team!!! Very accommodating and got me in very quickly. I came in with such unbearable pain that I thought was never going to stop. After a few appointments I felt less and less pain.

Nourish was my saving grace postpartum! I’m so grateful I found a chiropractor that truly cared about my health and how I was feeling. Dr Diaz is one of the kindest people you will ever meet! She’s so amazing with little ones as well.
If you’re looking for excellent chiropractic care, you found the perfect doctor! Dr. Celanie Diaz has been such a gift during my pregnancy and postpartum. She’s gentle, intentional, and really catered to my needs. I always walked out of her office feeling better than when I walked in.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
