I receive great health care from acupuncture to cupping. I have been getting health care from Elisa for over 5 years. The studio is relaxing and very zen.
I have been taking care of my body with Accpunture and other natural methods for over 30 years. Elisa is very knowledgeable. I also have been getting Micro needling from her I’m 65 years old so far I see improvement in the pores they are more closed and I have been getting tris of blackheads.
Elisa is amazing and so knowledgeable about providing services for fertility. I definitely recommend her. I saw her during the IVF process (pre transfer) as well as leading up to my due date in hopes of easing the induction process. Sessions were always great and tailored to my needs.
I highly recommend this place. I had issues with my hamstrings preparing for a race and they really helped loosen them up. Also have some great oils that work better than anything I have tried. I have been a runner for years and will definitely be back for more treatments.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
