We had a recent ABWA Lakeland (American Business Women’s Association) meeting at the Spa. Wow. What an amazing facility! It feels very peaceful and luxurious - perfect if your looking for a relaxing experience. I went in the cryo chamber. It was freezing and invigorating.
Shelby H. is an absolute amazing stylist!!! I always have pictures with me (1 for the bangs, 1 for the cut and several for the color) and somehow she is able to mesh them all together and her end result is so much better than what I ever expected.
The staff is so welcoming and wonderful at True Med Spa. I have been a few times to get some help with my ever-aging skin and Leanne is just amazing. I will definitely be her forever client! She is so knowledgeable and patiently and thoroughly answers every question I have.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
