Amy has been massaging myself and family for years. The crazy part is we all get different massages because she tailors to each of our specific needs. She has done deep tissue on me to help with my migraines as well as some cupping.

I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Amy after some encouragement from a friend who had a massage by her and thought I would like her. I LOVE her! I had a hip replacement almost a year ago and she has worked on that area releasing built up scar tissue and really helping me with some lingering pain.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
