I had a wonderful experience getting cupping done for my first time. I have tried accupunture but wanted to try something new and I do not regret my decision at all. Geoff was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience very comfortable.
Tripoint Holistic Therapy is the best clinic in town. Their clinic is high level of attention and care. Dr. Geoff is an excellent and very knowledgeable, through and thoughtful. He always takes his time working with you to determine the best custom needs for your body.
I cannot say enough great things about this practice. Tommy and Dr. Geoff are the absolute best. Tommy is so helpful with scheduling and working with your needs. Dr. Geoff is honestly one of the best! He listens, is intuitive, and you can tell he deeply cares about helping his patients.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
