From the reviews
Best acupuncturist out there! Jade is extremely knowledgeable and very caring. She makes you feel so comfortable and has such a calming presence. I have been going to her for over a year and every time she has treated me I have felt better. I have ongoing back pain and she has helped me tremendously.
"THE BEST ON THE ISLAND HANDS DOWN" if not I'll pay for it. Jade is the most knowledgeable, most calming, best hands, very understanding, funny, charismatic, great vibes, down to earth, amazing above the rest therapists that you could ask for. My wife and I have been her patients for 5 years and counting.
I highly recommend Jade and Trinity Village Acupuncture! I went to my first acupuncture appointment last year for my shoulder and arm. I had shoulder surgery 2 years ago and have tendonitis in my forearm. Within 3 treatments, the tendonitis in my forearm was so much better.
My experience with Trinity Village acupuncture has been incredible. I had gone to two other acupuncturists they can not compare. I came in with a stress fracture on my heal. The pain was excruciating I couldn’t put any weight on it. By the next day I could walk on it. Jade’s ability to heal is magical.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
