From the reviews

I did the normatec leg compression and it felt really great. I’m a runner and I’ve been having some It band tightness. My leg definitely feels looser after. I would go back. I will go back. Two complaints/suggestions though. It was my first time there, so I had to fill out paperwork, which I figured.

I had no idea what to expect during my first visit for local cryotherapy. My only regret is not going sooner!! My treatment was for the inflammation in my neck/shoulders which was causing me significant pain. After one quick session, the swelling was reduced and walked out being able to turn my head without pain.

I've had a few appointments here now and so far I am liking it. I will reserve judgement on wether it's really working for chronic pain until I've been here for a few months. However for the few times I have visited I can feel a bit of difference in my area of pain. The office is a good size, minimal and not overdone.

Been going to the Patchouge location going on 2 years now and can say the customer experience has been above and beyond - would highly recommend coming to this location as the owner and staff are accommodating and on-point.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
