From the reviews

The most thorough acupuncture experience I have ever had. She does it all! Cupping, guasha and the best trigger point expert, bar none. Cured me right up. Highly recommend.

★★★★★ — Adam, Mar 2026

I have had post surgical pain for almost 6 years. Kerith has been a godsend for me. Acupuncture, trigger point, and cupping has helped to reduce my pain level from a 9 to a a very manageable 3 in just a few treatments. Kerith is a healer! She listens to what is wrong, and then applies the appropriate treatment.

★★★★★ — Bob, Jun 2025

Epitome of professionalism, detail oriented and sincere integrity… I don’t often take the time to write google reviews however, Kerith deserves to be recognized beyond the scope of something as common as a Google review, the healing work she is capable of is anything but common.

★★★★★ — Brady, Jul 2026

Kerith and her practice have had a major impact on my road to recovery. Dealing with combat and childhood trauma, major depressive and anxiety disorder, addiction to drugs and alcohol, sleep problems, adhd, and all the pain and injuries I've had as a United States Marine Corps veteran.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
