From the reviews
Another fabulous massage from Alex B. today. I recently traveled and was stiff from sitting from long periods of time in airplanes. Alex spent the entire 90 min loosening fascia and relaxing muscles groups that were causing me significant pain. I left limber and pain free.
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Absolutely the best PT meets massage therapy meets sports recovery solution in town & the most effective treatment I’ve ever received. Adam was intentional, empathic, listened and treated my injuries ideally as he professionally educated me each step of the way.
I got a gift certificate for a prenatal massage, and it was awesome! I wasn’t sure about going to a sports therapy clinic vs. a spa, and I actually enjoyed Trifecta more. I got to ask Zana questions and learned a lot. She also helped with stretches at the end of my session that were good for pregnancy.
Trifecta is the place to go if you want serious results from massage work! Madison was very attentive and focused on what issues I had. The work is unique for each client and they use an assortment of methods that are geared towards your needs. I would recommend everyone see Madison or any other therapists at Trifecta!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
