From the reviews
Dr. Ashley is the perfect combination of caring, informed, driven, and professional. As a physician it’s often challenging to be a patient. Dr. Ashley and her staff not only made me feel comfortable but addressed my injury, explained the treatment plan, and, I’m back exercising pain free! Highly, highly recommended.
Awesome experience from beginning to end! My wife and I set appointments consecutively, with thoughts that we would not be able to be serviced together. Little did we know, Dr. Ashley and her wonderful staff had already made the accommodations for us to be seen at the same time! The check-in was a seamless process..
Good Evening, I have been a patient of Dr . Ashley Blanche for about a year now . From the day I was admitted as a Patient. I have been treated as family and my pain in my neck and back has been there main concern . I was introduced to Dr. Ashley from a reliable source .
Dr. Ashley and her staff are PHENOMENAL!! Everyone makes you feel right at home and at ease. I appreciate the fact that she continues to study new methods even though she is very knowledgeable. Awesome service. !!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
