From the reviews

I debated booking a massage here several times, and I’m so glad I finally did! I enjoyed everything from beginning to end. Gary even used a craniosacral technique that worked wonders to relieve tension at the base of my skull & in my spine. I legitimately can’t wait until my next appointment!

Oh I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Gary to do him justice… I was in a car accident five years ago… Two different acupuncturists, physical therapy, other massage therapists…. (Yes, plural) And nothing seemed to improve my pain or my mobility….

★★★★★ — Irene, Jul 2022

Gary is the first massage therapist I’ve seen where I have noticeable results for days. I work out a lot and carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and back, and I feel like there is so much more space and ease in my shoulders afterward. The difference is truly night and day.

★★★★★ — Veronica, Nov 2025

Truly EXCEPTIONAL. I am a 63 year old female that plays a sport every single day. My body is put through the paces. I require deep tissue massage to keep my body in tip top shape for this level of activity at my age. I have tried numerous places over the years. This place is as good as it gets!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
