What clients say about the cupping here
“As someone who has struggled for years with low back pain and constant sciatica, I was skeptical at first of what physical therapy could actually do for me (of course, as Dr.”
“I tried many different shoe inserts, 2 different professional orthotics, stretches, icing, rolling on a ball, muscle scraping, sleeping in clunky boots that kept my feet flexed, etc.”
“I am grateful for all of the health care and education I’ve received, and it’s super motivating to be empowered to take back control of my health in this way.”
“From the first time Andy and I chatted he led with empathy and compassion to understand what I deal with daily, and how I navigate life and with so many compromises.”
From the reviews
I have struggled with chronic pain, chronic fatigue and more for half of my life. I’ve seen 10 plus doctors, tried other PT and countless other holistic approaches to work on managing my pain in these 15 years.
Started working with Dr. Trem because I thought I had had plantar fasciitis for the last four years and was ready to work on it. Dr. Trem was incredibly thorough on our first session eval and was quick to note that I didn't actually have plantar fasciitis as I had believed/been told and that instead it was likely low…
I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for over 20 years. Recently, it has become so painful it is limiting my activity. In the past I have tried so many things to relieve it.
I don’t often write stuff like this but when you find someone this great, who actually, really listens, you go out of your way to recommend them. If you have are ever in need of a physical therapist, I cannot say enough about Andy at Trem Therapy Solutions.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
