What clients say about the cupping here
“She's also so cool to talk to and she knows her stuff.”
From the reviews
I am an active runner and lift weights multiple times a week. So I am always feeling muscle tightness and soreness. Lauren does a great job understanding my problem areas are does a great job to release the tightness.
Lauren is incredible. She has resolved shoulder issues I've had for years in a matter of months. I'm so excited she has her own place. Her rates are low for the amazing quality you get from her. She's also so cool to talk to and she knows her stuff.
Lauren has been in the profession and continued to refine her practice, and has some of the most distinguished clients. You will not glad you took our recommendation. Incredibly relaxing and your body will thank your brain when you’re done. 10/10 🏆
Lauren is very skilled at fixing me up! I feel some much better and like I'm getting real relief from my current issues.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
