From the reviews

This was my second visit with Dr. Erin. The back and shoulderblade pain I experienced was significantly reduced after my first visit. Both visits used acupuncture and cupping and cleared the muscle pain I had. Thank you Dr. Erin for helping me resolve my pain through natural means and without prescription medications!

This was my first treatment with TCM. Dr. Compton was thorough in her assessment and provided excellent treatment of my back muscle pain. The pain I was experiencing was significantly less than before the treatment of acupuncture and cupping. Thank you Dr. Erin. Job well done. See you next week.

I’ve worked with Lindsay for nearly 15 years, and there’s truly no one I trust more with my body. She has supported me through every chapter of my endometriosis journey, always meeting me exactly where I am, anticipating what I need, and adjusting care with so much wisdom and intuition.

★★★★★ — Sarah, Dec 2025

I never had acupuncture before and this has been a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very serene and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Dayna eased the pain in my back and knee. He took the time to explain the different treatments to me. Each session was very calm and peaceful.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
