Krista is from another planet. She's simply the best. Unless you're not interested in cleaning out all of the emotional BS you've got stored in your body, which is okay.
I suffer from severe migraines 3-4 days a week. I’ve been adjusted, had sessions of acupuncture, massages, even had surgery for trigeminal neuralgia. Nothing has helped the tension or migraines. I saw Chrissy Kane for the first time today and WOW 🤩 what a difference in my pain scale. She is amazing.
Krista is amazing and affordable! She does exactly what you ask for. I have never had a regular massage therapist until her. I can’t rave about her enough...even my husband who always complains that his massages aren’t deep enough now goes to Krista regularly. We highly recommend her!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
