I have come here for massage several times over the past year. I began seeing Madison, a wonderful, thorough massage therapist. When she went on maternity leave I began to try all the other therapists at Eliana Spa and they did not disappoint. I recently saw Sara. P for a 90 minute deep tissue massage.
I will now be seeing Shante every 3 weeks! My most recent deep tissue massage was last week & before that was 3 weeks prior. I have had Shante as my therapist 3 times now & she is amazing in all she does!
Fabulous! I booked a couples massage for myself and my boyfriend. We both got the everything but the farmhouse sink massage and it was incredible! The spa itself is decorated so beautifully and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Maia Dubar was incredible with my massage.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
