I had such a wonderful experience at the spa! I went with a friend and we completed the 60-minute hydroSpa, which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The entire space was very clean and well-maintained, which made it even easier to unwind.

I really wasn’t sure to expect when I agreed to do a spa day at Immerse with a friend. I was SO pleasantly surprised!! We did the Hydrospa session for 90 minutes. First off, the staff was kind and welcoming. They gave great instructions and were very accommodating.
My experience at Immerse HydroSpa was absolutely incredible. The alternating hot and cold therapy left me feeling completely refreshed, recharged, and mentally clear. Moving between the heat and cold cycles was both relaxing and invigorating at the same time — you can truly feel the benefits throughout your body.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
