From the reviews

This was definitely an amazing experience. My fiance Jess, and I went to The Whole You for the Sat morning yoga session and I loved it. I had never done yoga before and wasn't sure what to expect but wanted to increase my flexibility and try something new. Kelly was awesome, and the whole experience was comfortable.

Scheduled a couples massage, and realized at the time of the appointment that I had written down the wrong time in my calendar. Called immediately and we were able to work on a solution that worked for everyone. They were both kind and showed empathy for my mistake.

Spiritually, this place spoke to me once I entered the door. I felt welcomed and important. Teresa helped me feel comfortable, as this is the first massage I've ever had. Her techniques have improved my neck pain I've had over a month in that one session.

My daughter got me a gift certificate for Christmas and with my busy schedule took me a while to make an appointment! I’ve had a few massages at two other places but they don’t compare to this place at all! I will be treating myself again I haven’t felt this relaxed ever!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
