From the reviews

I cannot say enough positive things about H2 in Dublin. All of the ladies I have encountered here have been absolutely wonderful from the clinical staff to the front desk. Absolutely wonderful! They go above and beyond to find the right treatment for the patient.

This is my second time having to get physical therapy at this facility and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly. The exercises were very helpful in aiding my recovery. I am continuing to do them at home as well.

★★★★★ — Trina, May 2022

Front desk staff is awesome! She has worked with me with no complaints when I had to reschedule. Also my first 2 visits I was still in an arm cast, so the therapy was limited, still they did things to help with finger mobility. Plus worked with dryness on my fingers.

★★★★★ — Jacki, Jun 2025

Very friendly front staff. The therapist are super to work with and get you moving and on your way to complete recovery. I enjoyed working and talking to each of the therapist that I worked with. My recovery has been much faster than expected. The doctor released me and said I was beyond good or great, I was fabulous.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
