From the reviews

I have been going here for some time now and I am never disappointed! Beth runs a great business and takes her time hiring therapists who really know what they are doing. Callie is absolutely amazing. She works out every knot I have and I leave feeling so much better than when I went in! Highly recommend!!

Stephanie is so very helpful. What I lik3 is how she teaches you how to help manage chronic muscle pains with stretches and what might might be causing it. Really helps me to adjust my lifestyle and try to fix my issues

Bodyworks worked wonders on my body! I’ve been under a great amount of stress, and it’s really taken a toll on my body. I was super tensed and knotted. But Callie came to the rescue! She provided me a great deal of relief and comfort. She was amazing!

10/10. Steph worked magic during our session. She wasn’t afraid to used deep pressure, which I love, and was sure to check in to make sure it was just right. She also worked in some stretches and made sure to talk me through them so I can continue to do them at home. Would def recommend and can’t wait to go back.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
