“I have had a massage and acupuncture which were both hands down some of the best work I’ve experienced.”
“Michele took the time to really dig in—ordering bloodwork and running key tests to get at the root cause—while also recommending a personalized mix of eastern and western practices.”
“I don’t wake up sore and uncomfortable the next morning, but instead more loose, stretched and fluid.”
From the reviews
This is THE Wellness Center of all Wellness Centers. Michelle changed my life with her testing, counseling and dietary recommendations. She is truly a caring and wonderful human being. Deb has also transformed by wellness through her incredible acupuncture treatments that are truly heaven on earth.
Last spring I started out shadowing Michele Zipper with her FDN work, as I was passionate about gut health and nutrition and eager to learn more about the work she conducted.
I’ve had such a wonderful experience working with Michele Zipper. As a mom of two little kids juggling a busy career and life, I was struggling with symptoms like brain fog, sleep disturbances, and fatigue.
Best Place Ever! I get Acupuncture with Deb on a regular basis. She is an outstanding practitioner who knows exactly what your body needs that day. She has great intuition, resources and recommendations. Everyone I’ve seen at The Well Center is Top Notch.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
