From the reviews
Anthony has been treating me since 2013 and his lessons and techniques have greatly helped me recover from past injuries and overall improved my flexibility! He hears you out and adjusts his treatment to your needs, highly recommend!
Over the years, I have gone to chiropractors and have had countless massages in hopes of keeping my aches and pains at bay. Having bodily ailments due to my job had left me looking for another solution. A friend had mentioned acupuncture and recommended Anthony, so I said what do I have to lose.
I HIGHLY recommend Anthony. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, honest, and truly cares about his patients and their well-being. He seeks to find root causes of the problems so that he can find a long-term solution, rather than just short-term relief.
Highly recommend Anthony; he has been instrumental in helping with a case of turf toe/sesamoiditis that I’ve dealt with the past few months. Most importantly, he listens, gives recommendations, and tries to identify the root of the problem for long-term benefits, rather than a single-time relief.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
