From the reviews

I booked a massage for our Bri for the purpose of relaxing, and came out relaxed and educated. Bri truly tailored this service to me. She used the cupping technique and hot stones on the places she felt needed it, not offering it as an add on service because she cares about the body.

★★★★★ — Christina, Feb 2026

Bri is a one of a kind massage therapist! When I walked into my first session with her, she took one look at me and knew exactly where my problem areas were. I spent almost a year receiving monthly massages from Bri and the improvement I felt was amazing!

★★★★★ — Tess, Feb 2026

This was the most incredible massage experience. She is an expert at her craft. Super knowledgeable of the body. This is the first time I left a massage feeling so much better than when I went in. She has basically healed my chronic, intense shoulder pain and helped me with my sciatica as a bonus!

★★★★★ — Jennifer, Mar 2026

Bri is amazing! I have struggled with hip pain, back pain, TMJ, and spent so much time trying to find solutions. After what felt like a million different appointments, I found Bri on a whim- AND NEVER LOOKED BACK!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
