From the reviews

Hands one of the best massages I have ever received. Kate was phenomenal. She literally has magic hands! I love a good massage and this place did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in, everything was perfect and very welcoming. So relaxing and all I can say is that this masssge was the best massage I’ve ever had!

Excellent massage! Had two in a week including a standard massage for 60 minutes and a 60 minute "cranial"... very relaxing, very helpful after a long flight. Nice location, small but feels like a proper spa. Prices were about average.

Kate and Abigail came to our rental house in Clinton for our ladies weekend away. They set up everything in the yard. It was so lovely! The massages were amazing and both ladies were so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

★★★★★ — Brittany, May 2021

Jen is amazing! Haven't had a massage in 3 years and she hit all my problem zones and would check in to make sure the pressure was acceptable (but not a lot to the point it being annoying.) Will definitely be going back.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
