I've had lower back pain for the last 22 years. I've had steroid injections, multiple PRP injections, and went to 15 different physical therapy centers. None of this helped, the physical therapy actually made it worse. I had to watch TV standing up for 22 years and wasn't able to do anything.
After 7 months, 1 GP and 2 orthopedic surgeons (who said if this does not clear up, I would need a hip replacement), one honest Chiropractor who told me there is nothing he can do for me, a friend recommended that I go to Chris. I could not drive and could barely walk with a cane.
I went in to have my hormones evaluated . At that time I was talking to Katie regarding what was going on with me. Katie highly recommended me to see Chris Davis. I was on the fence to do so because I have had dry needling done before and it seemed to irritate my neck more than anything.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
