From the reviews
Crystal helped me to feel so much better! I walked into her office with shoulder and neck pain that had been bothering me for weeks. It got to the point where I was losing sleep and in severe pain. I also have TMJ problems that periodically cause pain.
Dr Crystal is simply the best! You will feel the difference after the very first appointment. I had an ongoing neck and back problem that she helped me to heal. I love how she adjusted my body and also the various methods that she used such as dry needling, cupping, etc.
As always Crystal is amazing. Went in for some back pain she adjusted me and did some cupping. I feel so much better already. My son (2.5yrs) also go adjusted and she was So sweet and gentle with him as well. We love seeing her and will definitely be going more often. ♥️
Dr. Crystal is great at what she does! As a chiropractor with over 20 years of experience running my own clinic, I can confidently say she stands out in the field. She's found her niche by treating more than just back pain—she handles extremity issues using techniques like shockwave therapy and dry needling.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
