Preston was very nice polite. I love the way he massage my body he made me feel so comfortable And relax and safe I do recommend this place. Everybody’s real nice and polite very friendly. The place is clean. Restroom are clean. Rooms are nice and organized.
6 stars for Preston. I'm not a huge fan of regular massages, but Preston figured out where the problems were/are and does not mess around. Like a great surgeon, he gets it done, and with precision.
It was a great experience from start to finish. This was my first sports massage, and Preston did a incredible job! He was able to loosen up my back, shoulders, delts, arms, quad, and knee. As a football player, my body takes a beating, and I walked out feeling better than I have in a long time.
I’ve been getting monthly massages at the Keller Elements since March and I highly recommend Preston. He is so effective at relieving my tension and persistent pain that I switched to weekly 90 minute massages in May. All of the staff are friendly and professional but Preston is my absolute favorite for many reasons.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
