Why The Place Called OM is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “the most common treatment methods? The most common method used to stimulate acupoints is the insertion of fine, sterile acupuncture needles into the skin. Other techniques, such as manual massage (Tai Na), moxibustion, cupping, heat…” source →

From the reviews
Dr Jessica Morales was amazing and I felt so comfortable and safe discussing what I have been through and supported in my ongoing care. I’ve had on going health issues that have gotten progressively worse in the last six months with no sight of it being cleared or answers from numerous tests that showed nothing was…
Dr Jessica is phenomenal. Period. She listens, she is incredibly knowledgeable, and so personable & friendly. I could quite literally spend all day in her office I love coming here. I have been seeing her for my care for 6 months now to resolve inflammation, gut issues of foods I haven’t been able to eat, and fatigue.
So glad I went here today. I have known Dr. Oscar and Dr. Jessica for a couple years now, but I’ve never gone in to get treatment. I’m a 40-year-old male that’s pretty active and have had an injury and chronic pain in my left elbow. Both Dr. Oscar and Dr. Jessica are some the kindest people I’ve ever ever met.
I am so thankful to Oscar for providing me with such a healing experience! I had been living with pain that was resolved after one treatment and some home care that he suggested.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
