From the reviews
I've been receiving care from Healing Path Massage in Mesa, Arizona, for Chinese deep tissue massages, and the experience is nothing short of exceptional. Having visited several massage facilities over the last 20 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best I’ve ever experienced.
Stopped in because I’d been feeling…idk, compressed. From working a desk job to lifting weights after work, rinse & repeat, I finally decided to look into a massage and found this place near me by chance.
I've been here twice they were great both times. Lucy did absolute wonders on my back today my entire shoulder had been knotting up going into my neck and it hurt to even move a fraction of an inch. it feels so flipping good now & so does the rest of my body. Next time I go back in I am asking for her.
Hong and Lucy were able to get us ( my husband and I) in last minute and it was fantastic and beyond relaxing. They took time and gave detail to areas that needed work but with care . Both ladies were sooo kind and used the perfect amount of strength. I kept thinking “ who am I bringing here next” .
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
