What clients say about the cupping here
“After struggling with lower back pain for nearly a year and trying just about everything with little to no results, this was the first place where I truly felt a difference.”
“I experienced symptom improvement after my initial treatment, and after four appointments I now feel more balanced than I have in a long time.”
“He listened to my concerns, explained everything to me every step of the way, educated me on my body’s needs and gave me useful tips on how to continue work on my healing until the next appointment.”
“I would definitely recommend this clinic if you’re looking to try acupuncture, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and the staff made me feel so welcomed.”
“The room was spotless and so relaxing I almost dozed off during the session with the meditation vibes.”
“I found the prices reasonable and affordable.”
“By the end of my first visit, I felt better, but I also had a much better understanding of what was going on with my body and what I could do on my own to help it heal.”
From the reviews
"CHA" is the real deal ya'all! I was in excruciating pain in my left arm should and neck area and I refuse to use Western Medicine or Wesern doctors. Writing a script for an Rx and masking the pain is NOT healing.
Today was my 6th visit. I knew after I came in for my initial consultation, that I would be purchasing a multi-visit package of 10 visits. I initially came in for severe chronic pain and chronic insomnia.
It was my first time at Complete Harmony Acupuncture. Before finding them online I've never been to a real acupuncturist before. I have bad Si joint pain, and tight psoas muscles and a bad shoulder. Dr. Kim is a true saint and master at his profession, he was very knowledgeable, kind and gentle.
I cannot recommend Dr. Kim and his entire team enough! My dad came to Dr. Kim suffering from significant pain, and after receiving treatment, he is now pain-free. Seeing such an incredible improvement in his quality of life has been truly amazing, and we are so grateful for Dr. Kim’s expertise, care, and dedication.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
