From the reviews

Bella at the front desk is so amazing and helpful, 10/10 experience. I felt like I was in an oasis of peace and tranquility! Thank you so much to Natasha by the way, made me feel so much better, I actually felt like I was walking without droopy shoulders for once!

★★★★★ — Isabella, Oct 2025

My experience at The NOW Massage was exceptional from start to finish. The entire environment is thoughtfully designed to help you disconnect from the stress of daily life and focus on relaxation and recovery.

★★★★★ — Pierre, Jun 2026

Anthony at The NOW Massage in Biltmore is phenomenal. I came in with a lot of tension in my back and shoulders and told him it honestly felt like my back was full of rocks. He immediately understood what I meant and focused on actually working through the knots rather than just giving a standard relaxing massage.

★★★★★ — Christine, Mar 2026

Andrew at Massage Now in Phoenix is truly exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes great pride in his work. I’ve been getting massages for over 15 years, and he is easily one of the best therapists I’ve ever had.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
