From the reviews
I was gifted a massage as an anniversary gift so I went and I had an appointment with one therapist but there was a little confusion and I ended up seeing someone else. I feel like it all worked out I had Cody as my therapist and he was amazing.
While my initial visit was not great, management made things right and I had a very pleasant experience the second time. It was like night and day between the first massage therapist and the second. My advice would be to really ask the front desk who would best suite your needs instead of taking whoever is available.
I love coming in for my monthly massage with Patricia. She is calm, serene, and adapts without flaw to whatever mood I'm in. If I want to chat, she will chat; if I want to just be silent, she lets me do that as well.
Nikki, the massage therapist, absolutely impressed me! She was attentive to my individual needs and met me where I was, using a combination of a Theragun and her excellent hands to help break down and focus on the knots and fibrous tissue buildup in my upper back.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
