What clients say about the cupping here
“She kept everything sanitized, professional, but also casual enough that I could relax!”
From the reviews
Donisha and Dawn are absolutely amazing at what they do. I’ve made it a priority to incorporate self-care into my routine with massages, salt floats, and red light therapy, and these two women have truly elevated the experience.
Dawn was great! I was pretty nervous for my first-ever appointment, but she mentioned being a retired nurse of 25+ years (I can’t recall the exact number), which immediately put me at ease. She kept everything sanitized, professional, but also casual enough that I could relax! I’ll definitely be back.
Donisha is by far one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to. If you are looking for an amazing massage, she's your gal!
Dawn did such an amazing job! Such a great place. Will definitely be back!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
