Lynn is amazing at what she does. I went through many procedures and was on different medications for infertility issues. I saw Lynn after the medicine itself was not getting us a positive result. After acupuncture treatments with Lynn, I became pregnant twice with my little girls.
I had never had an acupuncture treatment before, but wanted to try it as I read it can be effective in treating gastrointestinal issues. Lynn made me very comfortable and was very skilled with her technique and is very knowledgeable. She was very kind and took the time to explain the process and how acupuncture works.
I had good luck with acupuncture for shoulder pain 10+years ago and decided to try again for a new issue. I am so glad I did. Was it gone after the first time (no it wasn't) was it better yes absolutely. After my 3rd appointment I was almost pain free. I decided to keep going and well I just all around feel better.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
