“She is a very good practitioner who explains what she is doing and why.”
From the reviews
My wife and I had our first appointments with Ms. Kuan today, and it was great. She is a very good practitioner who explains what she is doing and why. I have been to acupuncture practitioners before and Lynn is by far much better then other practitioners that I have gone to before.
Lynn is amazing at what she does. She provides great care for all her patients and has the heart of gold to help them heal. I am so thankful I found Lynn in QC. If it’s your first time doing acupuncture, Lynn would be the best person to ease you and make you feel comfortable.
Lynn has helped me with everything from anxiety, pms, and nerve pain. Not to mention the intention and healing she has given me through friendship and teaching me how to use moxibustion on my joints. She is an amazing acupuncturist and nurse.
The best acupuncturist in Quadcities !!! She is awesome !!! Will explain everything to you !!! Very intelligent at her job !!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
