From the reviews
I originally came to the East Los Lab after years of not completing physical therapy for my knee. I had ACL/meniscus surgery after a basketball accident and was unable to complete my treatment due to being unable to afford it.
I’ve been to East Los Lab multiple times for things like mobility, tennis elbow, and just overall body maintenance, and every time, Diana has been amazing. Diana isn’t just the best at what she does she’s also an incredible coach.

I’m so happy with Diana she is amazing PT. I’ve had two injuries and she’s definitely helped me get back to my favorite hobby hiking . Thanks to her I was able to get one of my bucket list hike done. Trust her process.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
